Jeremy Sibert is a highly skilled and respected litigator with over twenty-five years of experience in the Federal and State Courts.  During that time, he served as an Assistant United States Attorney and developed expertise in federal investigation, laws, regulations, and procedure, specifically with complex white-collar matters involving wire, bank, tax, and security fraud, federal firearm offenses, illegal narcotic and regulatory medications, and immigration offenses. His extensive litigation experience includes trying over 100 jury trials, a robust motion practice, and innumerable court appearances in the federal system.

In addition to his prior career as a federal prosecutor, Jeremy has considerable experience in military law.  After graduating from West Virginia University Law school in 2000, he joined the United States Marine Corps and spent the next four years as a Marine Corps defense lawyer handling claims nationwide against military service members who were alleged to have committed federal criminal offenses under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, including procurement contract fraud, financial fraud, illegal trafficking and possession of controlled substances, sexual assaults, driving under the influence, property theft, and various other violent type offenses. 

He then served in three combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan and currently holds the rank of Colonel in the USMC Reserve.  More recently, Jeremy served as a Federal Administrative Judge within the Department of Justice.  After serving many years for the government, Jeremy wants to use his knowledge and expertise to assist individuals and corporations through the difficulties and stresses of legal matters, especially in the federal judiciary system.

Throughout his career as a federal prosecutor (initially in the Western District of Texas and in the District of Colorado starting in 2028), he developed close working relationships with multiple federal law enforcement and civil regulatory agencies, including the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Internal Revenue Service, the Drug Enforcement Agency, FINRA, the Security Exchange Commission, the Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms Agency, United States Postal Inspectors, various intelligence and primary investigative agencies assigned to each specific federal department. 

Over the past 25 years, Jeremy spent a considerable amount of time in the courtroom trying cases on behalf of the United States.  As a highly decorated combat Marine and Assistant United States Attorney, Jeremy has the inside play book and skills as a career prosecutor to help professional corporations or individuals facing criminal charges, regulatory enforcement, or governmental investigative demands.

Jeremy can provide expert counsel to a whistleblower who wants to report fraud or corruption within the workplace(Qui Tam Actions under False Claims Act), and he can defend individuals accused of crimes, assist in navigating a government subpoena or summons demand, supporting, assisting, and obtaining legal advice regarding any potential federal/state investigations.  His reputation as a fierce, skilled and successful litigator is well known to the bar and courts.
