Tina Xu initially joined Anderson Barkley, LLC, as a part-time law clerk during her second year of law school at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Now as an associate attorney, she continues to build upon the experience she gained in recent years practicing in the areas of employment law, family law, and general civil litigation. While in law school, Tina also served as an intern at the Colorado Court of Appeals for the Honorable Judge Gilbert Román, and at the Colorado Administrative Courts for Senior Administrative Law Judge, the Honorable Edwin Felter Jr. Her experiences at the Court of Appeals and the Administrative Courts added another facet to Tina’s legal background and served as a foundation for her focus and interest in the diverse world of civil litigation.
From her early days at Anderson Barkley, Tina recognized that to be a good lawyer, not only do you have to be a staunch advocate of your client’s legal rights, you also must be their pillar of strength and support. Many clients in need of legal help are often going through some of the most difficult times of their lives and suffering under constant emotional stress and mental strain. Tina, along with the two firm partners, Jeanine and Richard, is here to help shoulder the burden. Utilizing their combined experience and expertise, Anderson Barkley will work diligently to help you in your moment of need and ensure your rights are offered the fullest protection under the law.
